Royalton Planning Board refers residential rezoning to county

NY ROYALTON — Planning Board advances residential rezoning through county review process. Applicant Fernando Spadafora requested the board refer a 7600 Rochester Road property from business to residential zoning; Code Enforcement Officer Aaron Noble will present the application to the Niagara County Planning Board, as required for properties along state routes, before the board makes a final decision. The board also elected 2026 officers: Chairwoman Justine Seefeldt, Co-Chairwoman Heather Brent, and Clerk Katherine Cavallaro, and unanimously approved the January meeting minutes.
