Town Board adopts two Local Laws, approves capital projects

NY ROYALTON — Town Board unanimously approves building code laws and capital projects. Supervisor Jeffrey M. Brown and board members Lee Criswell, Bradley Rehwaldt, Joshua Walker, and Carol Wittcop adopted Local Laws updating the building code administration and senior citizens exemption provisions while authorizing over $520,000 in infrastructure spending.
Water/Sewer Superintendent Brian Cummings was authorized to purchase a $402,120 salt storage building and accept bids for waterline materials ($90,763.57) and water main replacement work ($29,520). Emergency ambulance fees were updated, with Advanced Life Support Level 2 transport set at $2,700.
