Royalton board approves tiny home variance for farmer

NY ROYALTON — Royalton Zoning Board votes unanimously to approve Bulinski's tiny home farm variance. The board approved an area variance allowing Anthony Bulinski to build a 384-square-foot residence on his Griswold Street farm property, below the town's 900-square-foot minimum. Board Chairman Phil Gow and members Rick Cavallaro, Lisa Budde, Greg Lindke, and Greg Zakrzewski voted in favor on a motion by Zakrzewski, seconded by Lindke.
Code Enforcement Officer Aaron Noble supported the variance. The board also unanimously renewed a one-year Temporary Conditional Use Permit for Bonnie Frey's sewing and quilting classes.
