Town Board · Meeting of June 1, 2026
NY ROYALTON — Royalton Town Board rejects municipal text-alert system, tables property rezoning. The work session focused on infrastructure challenges in Gasport, where water services for 44 residents currently run through backyards and must relocate to the street right-of-way; the town has been denied grant funding for this work three times. Water/Sewer Superintendent Brian Cummings reported plans to repair three fire hydrants and replace 77 water meters, with waterline project work beginning after July 4.
Dog Control Officer Scott Wymyczak notified the board he will relocate out of state in October, requiring the town to advertise for his replacement in September.
